If I could leave this place no stars, I would. I went to get two nails fixed, they were beyond rude. The lady began to scream at me to get a refill when I was there less than a week ago and started to file away at my recently done nails. She did a terrible job and painted the two broken nails the wrong color after pointing to the CORRECT COLOR. NEVER GO HERE.

Went in for a uv fill and asked for a specific design. The work was sloppy and rushed. As Jackie finished one hand I let her know it didn't look good. Clearly she was offended and just threw me off to someone else to do a color change. Mostly because she had her next client. The salon wanted to charge me $95 to pay for her sloppy work of $65 and a $30 color change. They do not value customer service. If the work was clean and neat I would not have complained but I refuse to leave the salon hating my nails. They made a big deal in the salon and being that I'm well known in CT I wasn't going to cause a scene for people to record me and post online to embarrass myself over nails. I would not recommend this salon at all. I'm really easy to please. Beware of poor treatment and lack of customer service.

horrible, did a rush job on my nails an hour before closing and two of them broke within a day. terrible gel application and she didn't even bother to cut my cuticles which were overgrown

this was literally the worst nail salon i've ever been to in my entire life. Not only did they put powder gel aka DIP powder on as acrylics (applied with brush and purple solution) I walked out with the ugliest nails in history. It was sloppy, not to mention EXPENSIVE (I'm pretty sure this was around $50). never again. I also waited about 1 hour just to get seated, and they didn't even use foil to soak my nails. They made me wait 1+ hours to get seated and then another 45 minutes to soak my nails in acetone. My hands were so dry from being in there so long. DO NOT COME HERE
