Listen, I am soooo glad I didn't let the other Yelp review deter me from trying this place! I had THE BEST nail experience I have ever had. The wait wasn't more than 5 minutes. Their health precautions are great. All staff wear mask (above their nose) and they constantly ask you to wash your hands. I washed three times prior to actually beginning the process since I was in the lobby for a few minutes. (I loved the extra precaution!) they skipped seats to ensure customers were safely six feet apart during their service. And the best part was DJ!!!!! His positive attitude, great conversation and wonderful work blew me away! I'm damn near thirty and have never had such a wonderful experience in all my years of getting my nails done. ASK FOR DJ! Look at the photos to see what I asked for and what I got! :D
The wait was pretty long without any acknowledgement. I requested OPI gel polish for my nails and showed an OPI color I'd like on my toes.......only to be provided with an off name brand polish without any options to pick a different color Bc I prefer OPI products. My nail weren't manicured and the bottom of my feet don't feel pedicured. I'm here for three more weeks, I definitely won't visit this place again.
It was very clean, and the staff were friendly. I was seen right away. I got a gel fill in with a French tip and design on each ring finger, including replacing 1 nail. It was $40. Kelly was fast but efficient and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend and I will be back!
