The staff was very friendly. The service I got done was my eyebrows and it was only $10 (which nowadays some places charge $20) They had a movie playing and were very chatty. The place was clean. I will have to go back again for getting my nails done to give a better review but just for ambiance it's a great place I would say
First of all I am a licensed nail technician. I'm visiting from out of town and needed a pedicure in a pinch. The man used a USED dirty nail buffer on me! I could see brown color on the side he had facing up. He also took the plastic version of a pumice stone on the top of my foot and caused major irritation to my skin. I hope it doesn't escalate to something serious. Also massage was horrible. His hands didn't have any pressure at all. Not even slightly. Just don't bother going here!
I used to come to this establishment a few years ago and the customer service has dropped well below the waistline despite the work being good. I came in at 930 and there was one person working. Around 10am, 2 more came in but at this point you have two people who are waiting in the waiting area and two people sitting in chairs waiting on them to get here. 30 mins has passed and only one customer has been started on. Highly disappointed. Luckily I no longer live here. Punctual help and good customer service would go a long way.
This nail salon isn't fancy by any means but man are they awesome at a pedicure. I always come here when im in the area for a pedicure. They do a great job and the polish job seems to last forever. Also, they do a great job at eyebrows. I suggest you ladies get yourself a gel pedicure. Reasonably priced and will last you forever.
Such a rude, and a non respectful employee .. I went to do my nails by them and didn't like the way she was doing them for me so I nicely asked her to Do something else instead (by the way that's before she puts the powder on) she refused and said that's how I like them to be done if you don't like them go leave and told me to say what I want to say and said she doesn't give a f**k for what ever I want very impolite I have never seen any place who doesn't respect their costumer and kicks their costumer out just because they were asking to have what they like I do not recommend it to you at all.
