I had oozing wounds. I was getting a bleach. I have had my head bleached 15+ times. I had a previous stylist do. My hair loved her. She left so I went to the person next to her. Big mistake. It burned and I begged her to take it off she laughed and said "I remember being blonde it hurts" my head had 7 wounds that oozed and hurt so bad. Never experienced that before. I had to pay full price too and she didn't apologize. I never returns from this
