Shout out to Courtney P. for providing the best service in Men's Sport Pedicure! Calming atmosphere and did not smell strong with ammonia like other places do which was easy to breathe in and relax. Highly recommend this place!

My bridal party and cousin and I came in for nails before my wedding and the service was pretty poor. My mom goes there very regularly and loves it so I thought we could give it a try. As a nail salon, I made the incorrect guess that they could do simple nail designs. I was very wrong. They just do solid colors, which is fine, but for the price it is a bit much. For comparison, Salon Willow can do nails with designs for the same price or depending on what you need even less. After hearing that they only did solid colors I decided upon regular paint instead of their gel option, which took over 3 hours to dry and when I reached into my pocket for my keys I had realized they still were not dry. My maid of honor got gel nails and they chipped within 2 days and even one nail came off within 3 days. Gel nails, we were told, should last 2 weeks. She also was told that they could not do designs even for gel nails. My cousin came with us and she gets her nails done frequently. She had had a poor experience at the previous nail salon and needed a specific procedure done for her nails as they were damaged all the way to the nail bed. She called into the salon and asked if they could do this procedure and the salon said they were not able to do it. She had to cancel her manicure at the last minute, but stayed for a pedicure. While in the pedicure the nail artist let her know that there was a fee for last minute cancellation, which we did know about, but then she told my cousin that she could have done the procedure that she had asked the salon about and they said they were not able to do it. Also the artist had told my cousin that she could have done her nails like hers currently were, though they had designs on them, and they had just told us they were not capable of designs. This did not make any sense to us. So between the price, the poor quality of nail service, and the overall poor service. I do not recommend Christina Rae Salon.

They were able to get me in last minute, but made me feel like a VIP. Very happy with my haircut and the kindness from all staff members. Super clean, cute and convenient.

I love my stylist don't like the owner too much. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the owner. She's not kid friendly and mind you my 5 year old was behaving fine, wasn't being ornery.. then she told me to turn off my phone as if she pays my bill. Yelled at my child when she should've confronted me and asked me to talk to my child (all he was doing was messing with the chair he was sitting in.. also I got both of our hair done) the last time I went I got my moms hair done, too.. and she was so rude and disrespectful to my mom- she made my mother cry. (Mind you my mother just passed away .) The only reason I go there is for my hair stylist, only! I hope she changes salons because she is too good for the uppity. Anyway! My hair looks great - Thank you Tawnya!

Are usually love Christina Rae salon I've never had a bad experience but today I left crying in tears. it took me two years to get my hair as blonde as I wanted it and I ask the girl to keep my blonde peekaboo highlights and make them lighter for me. When it's done, all my blonde is gone. My hair looks one color. And my hair cut is uneven. And I said something to her, and she still charged me $150. I even drove 1 hours just to come here because I love it here. I'm so disappointed.
