Donot go to Christina's. I am very unhappy about my highlights. After Grace was done with my highlights, you could not even see them after I ended up paying $178. She said if they're too late I can come for a second session And spend another, $178. If I would've known that the first session would not turn out, I wouldn't have even gone there in the first place. She did a test strand and did not show me. I called and asked to speak to the owner because they do have a 12 day grace period and Christina the owner never even called me Back. She did not compensate me in anyway or offer to redo it. I ended up having to go to another salon and getting it done For $80. I am very happy with my results at the other salon. I will never go there again. They do not care about their customers. When all is said and done I ended up spending too and $58 for a cut and highlights. From both salons. They do not care about their customers. They are only there to take your money.

4 years ago I got a gift card from my boyfriend.  I got the whole work, was so happy and excited.  How fast that went away. The girl that cut my hair was pregnant and was in a rush to have her coworker touch her belly that she cut my hair to short put my hair in shock and to this day It will not grow.  I lost my nail on my foot due to a fungus I got from there. I have not and will never return. I felt it was a waste of my boyfriends money. I'm still working on getting my hair to grow since my cut was absolutely the worst my new stylist has ever seen. Nothing was cut the same length. If the closed down It would not bother me at all. The should get zero stars!

I went to get a gel pedicure.  I had gel on my toes from a previous pedicure.  I was given an appointment with Mary.  After waiting 20 minutes for Mary to show me back- it was obvious that she was not in a great mood.  She was glaring and rolling her eyes at the chair next to me.  She prepped my toes to remove the gel.  As she began to remove the gel, she said that gel is never this hard to remove (I've been getting gel for several years- this was not different than usual).  She then indicated that the product used on my toes was inferior and implied that I had a "sub par" pedicure.  She informed me that she would be charging me extra for having to scrape off the gel.  After finishing 1 foot, grimacing, glaring, and huffing at me as she worked,  she said she had a nerve condition and couldn't proceed.  As I stood up, I said ok.  She said, well I have a nerve condition in a very hasty tone.  I explained to her that I had never been treated more rudely in my entire life.  She denied being rude.  She also denied saying that my pedicure was "sub par."  As I went to the front desk, I let them know that she refused to help me, that she had been rude and refused to continue because of her nerve condition.  They never offered to get a manager or to find someone else to finish what Mary had failed to do.  I spent almost 3 hours of my time to be left in a worse spot than when I arrived.  I would avoid this place like the plague- terrible customer service.

The staff are always welcoming and I love their products.  I have made appointments for hair extensions, haircuts, specialty hair dos, makeup, and eyelash extensions.  Every service has been top notch.  It's a fun, comfortable atmosphere.
