I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best salon I have ever been to! I usually go to Kim or Katie both are amazing... the photo below was done by Katie she hand painted my nails in less than an hour(and she was very agreeable and attentive to my pickiness) not only are they better than the photo I showed her but they have withstood a lot of roughness with my hands I usually break my nails easily. If I could get a dollar for every compliment well I would have a good chunk of money
Upon picking a color I was still looking she snatched the pallette from me. I said I wasn't done & immediately she said "I don't want to do your nails , you are angry" I said "how are you making an assumption that I'm angry when you snatched something from me?"
I was looking for a place to get my nails done around 7pm on a Sat. These folks were open until 8pm. The place is really dated with old equipment and some of the chairs had holes or were ripped. The fan they ultimately used to try the nails for my manicure was making a sound as if it would quit any day. The decor is ok but it looks like they haven't painted or refreshed their look in over 20 years. I could overlook all that if the pedicure and manicure I received were good, but it wasn't. The staff was friendly and made pleasant conversation, however I honestly could have done a better job on my own nails myself. When the lady put on the second coat of polish, she missed some spots. Then when she was done, I noticed a jagged edge on my nail and had to ask a staff member to fix it. My pedicure seems ok, but it's hard to inspect your feet too well. Lol. The nail polish itself was very poor quality. Overall, this was honestly the worst nail job I've ever had, and I recommend finding another place to go.
I went in 5 days ago for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. The service was not great. I went back in today because the dip was chipping, on nearly every nail, and they offered a gel manicure. This is not the service I asked for but I agreed because I was concerned another dip would chip off the same way. I also paid to get my toes repainted to match and they in fact do not match (same as my first visit), even though I was assured they'd match. I will not be going back.
They did a lovely job and she didn't seem to be in a rush. Polite conversation. Love my mani/pedi
