Chez Elle Salon & Spa in Lakewood, CO

I have been looking for a new hair salon since I've moved here 7 years ago and could not find anyone. Thankfully I finally found Savannah last year because she has far exceeded my expectations. Not only is she an amazing person but my hair looks amazing!!! I get nothing but compliments on what an amazing job she does.

I absolutely adore this salon! You walk in and everywhere you look there is something for your eye to gaze upon. I feel like a queen when I come here. The chairs are fuzzy and gold! The ambiance is royal, the service impeccable and company...SO GOOD! I always find myself buying some of the adorable jewelry that is here!! I particularly come here to get my hair done from Savannah. This woman knows how to do hair!!! She takes my vision and creates it EVERY-TIME!! If you are looking for a new salon, look no more! Check this place out!!!

They tried to have my review removed when I have in fact been a physical unsatisfied customer of this salon, I have photos of the "meh at best" color job Savannah did on me. So if it's receipts y'all want I got em. Savannah of and/or at this salon, continues to crappily cut my child's hair, despite knowing full well that she's violating A WHOLE ENTIRE COURT ORDER stating that for cultural reasons his mother must agree on when & how to cut his hair... however he keeps coming home to me with these wonky awful chili bowl-esque haircuts instead of his beautiful hair that I (ya know, the person who birthed him) would love to see grow, and honestly, if you're going to cut it, at the very least don't do such a shoddy job of it to the point where I'm sending pics to my stylist friends saying "someone is trying to make my kid look like a white supremacist". Not to mention I'm sure she'd be VERY upset if anyone touched her kids heads without permission from her.

I have been coming here for about 10+ years and I have never left disappointed! Kacey is so wonderful and she does an amazing job! My hair color is naturally blonde but I like to do highlights every so often just to brighten it up and she hits it perfect every time. I will not let anyone else do my blonde! I have had so many people ask me about my color and how pretty is and a few of my past managers have gone to kasey to fix there blondes to look like mine. I just adore her so much.

I bought a Groupon for this salon and called and made an appointment, no problem. I then had an emergency vet appointment so I cancelled my appointment (no one answered the salon phone so I had to cancel via voicemail) and rescheduled later. I showed up to my new appointment to find no one at the salon (tried both doors). I called my stylist, no answer. I called 3 times. Never a call back or an apology. I called cancelled my Groupon. Another thing, this salon looks very junky on the outside. It's a converted house and there are a TON of yard ornaments out front and overgrown landscaping. Probably dodged a bullet.
