Lovely Nails in Lakewood, CO

Called in for an appointment, was able to get into a chair within an hour which was a good. I get into the chair and ask for dip powder w/acrylic due to nails being too short for the coffin style I wanted. When the technician started to do my nails, she did not fully paint them, rather just put a basic layer of powder with no real base coat on the nail. I asked for coffin, I got straight up square- the nails look very chunky due to her not shaping them correctly. Literally watched her look at the paint missing on my nail and completely ignore that it needed another coatZ The technician spent a total of 30 minutes on my nails. I'm bout day 5 into my 60$ dip and the paint is faded, chipped and uneven across the board.. take your money somewhere else.

I'm writing this review sitting in my car in their parking lot... that's how quickly I felt like I needed to warn the general public about this place. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I seriously have never had a worse manicure. I had tips that needed to be removed- she literally RIPPED them off my fingers. I was trying not to scream when she told me that "this part always hurts" Well, guess what? She is wrong- removed tips in NOT suppose to be excruciating! After she got them off she started my manicure... I should have walked out then. She files my nails so uneven that I had to tell her twice to refile them. At that point they are so short- she tells me she HAS to make them round and not almond shape because my nail was too short. She then tries to paint them but their polish was steaky but she told me that it was because of my nail. I had her take off the paint and decided to leave. How much did all of this cost? After 8 minutes of "work" and the worst my nails have Ever looked walking out of a salon?!?! $25! I am in shock that this place even had one client in there much the four women that were in there with me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - I've attached picture so everyone can see what they charged me $25 for.

DIRTY! Not only does this place take fake appointments that they do not honor - they don't even take your name down if you call - but they overlap guests and do not clean tools in between. I saw a woman's infected toe that the nail tech continued to work on AFTER even telling her to go to the doctor!!! I then had this same woman do my nails and didn't think to insist on a clean tool (should be a given!!!) until the next day my hands were itchy. Sure enough two days later there was infection in my cuticle. red swollen and puss. Gross establishment both how they disrespect guests' time and how they run the place

The lady was nice and the pedicure looked ok but fast forward 3 days and my big toe is swollen and red. I think they need to sanitize better and don't have any idea what current cleaning techniques are.

The lady who did my nails was honestly kinda rude. She told me to put both of my hands in the small dryer and the paint got messed up she was like "look you messed it up" and then she got nail polish on my hand and instead of wiping it off she waited till it dried to use a nail file and scratch it off my hand. There is still nail polish all around my nail beds. I would not recommend at all
