Perfect spa day! Everyone was so accommodating and the spa and salon are so clean and comfortable. Definitely will be returning!

I absolutely love love this salon! Everyone from the front desk staff to all of the stylists are so friendly and considerate. Danielle is absolutely amazing! She is talented and knowledgeable. It's difficult to find someone who knows how to work well with curly hair and I hit the jackpot with Danielle! She listened to my concerns and what I wanted my hair to look like and then made it a reality! Beyond that, she went above and beyond to help with special accommodations I needed during my visit to the salon and never once made me feel like it was a burden or annoyance to her or anyone else in the salon. I can't recommend the services here, and especially Danielle, enough!

I got eyelashes from Stephanie she's very sweet friendly she makes me feel comfortable all the time. Awesome she's the best I love her job. My eyelashes still looks beautiful after 2 weeks. I recommend her 100%.

This isn't a review on my stylist, she was super sweet. As were all the people I came in contact with. This is more of a review of the salons online booking process. I booked for a haircut and style with my stylist but after the cut was completed they were going to let me leave with wet hair. I don't know if this was due to my natural texture or that there wasn't enough time to dry my hair. I was placed under a hooded dryer for about 15 min after I asked if they had time to dry my hair and left with my hair still damp. I expected a haircut and style to include a blow dry at least. The online booking process wasn't clear and I would have happily booked for an extra styling option and paid extra if that was made clearer on the site. I'm undecided on whether or not I will return. It's hard for me to get time to myself due to my schedule and children so it was a bit disappointing to walk out feeling undone. So just an fyi for anyone booking online!

We booked a spa day at Cheveux salon and Day spa for my daughter's 30th birthday. With it being a special occasion I was ready to spend as much as I needed for all of us to have a good time. My daughter and daughter-in-law said they had a great time and that they thought the services were wonderful. I on the other hand was a little bit disappointed. It's more of a hair and nail salon not a day spa at all. There's no locker room and you have to carry your personal belongings from room to room. The atmosphere was not Zen at all because you could hear the people laughing and talking in the hair and nail salon area. We were there a total of five hours and never offered a drink of water or a cup of coffee or anything. After the massage the masseuse said to make sure I drank a lot of water but never offered any. I don't think I've ever had a massage where they didn't wait for you out in the hall with a glass of water. During my pedicure, another nail tech giving a lady a manicure, started yelling out for another employee to prepare the pedicure tub for the lady she was working on. She had to yell her name at least three times because the employee was in the laundry area and could not hear her. Instead of getting up in finding her she sat and yelled her name. It was very unprofessional and annoying. Most everyone there was not very friendly. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure and also the lady who did the facial was nice, but everyone else was harsh and acted like they really didn't want to be there. We wanted to get manicures pedicures facials and massages, and we did. Not the best and certainly not the best atmosphere. With the services and the tip it was a $1000 day, Which like I said I was happy to pay for a good services and a nice atmosphere. I will not be returning to this salon for anything.
