Charming Nail Spa in Gainesville, VA

I was searching for a new nail salon and Charming Nail Spa did not disappoint. My French Nail acrylics are perfect and I can honestly say I've never had that before. I showed a picture and Mimi (sp?) matched it perfectly. My daughter was also very happy with her acrylics done by another nail technician.

After looking at the previous reviews, I decided to try Charming Nail Spa after frequenting another nail salon in Loudoun for the past 5 years. I got the tropical spa pedicure with Sarah, who did a super great job! I visited the salon at 12pm, and the salon was super peaceful, organized and clean. I will definitely be back to not only get another pedicure but try a manicure as well :)

Hands down amazing, I was so pleased with the atmosphere. I came in for a mani and pedi, treated wonderfully and very soothing relaxing time while still being efficient.

I have gone here before for a mani and pedi. I love their pedicures! I think they are the best in town! The last manicure I got, I thought was great as well. I went here for my birthday to enjoy some of the day relaxing. I had a great pedicure but my manicure was a mess. I stayed here in total for 4 hours for a pedicure and dip manicure.... I told the tech I wanted a French manicure with almond nails. She started the process and it took 3 techs to do a simple almond. They still have a bit more of a round shape. Then the tech started to finish my nails and had not applied the French tip, so I questioned her. It was going to take another 30 for her to file off the top coat and fix it. I had to leave due to child care and ended up coming back and spent another hour there. Also, when she went to apply the French tip, it was straight across and she had to get another tech to fix it and do the rest of my nails.... Finally, my nails don't have an apex because she failed to build one so here we are ‍ so much for a relaxing birthday.

HORRIBLE DROOLING EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE DROOLED ON AND GETTING YELLED AT FOR POINTING IT OUT. This is my first time visiting this place. I got my pedicure and manicure done. Everything went well with my pedicure. When it came to manicure, I had an absolutely horrifying experience. The lady who did my manicure was down with allergies and kept sneezing. I didn't have an issue with that because she had her mask on. But to my horror towards the end of the manicure the lady started DROOLING through her mask all over herself and soaking through her mask and T-shirt WHILE WORKING ON MY HANDS. Me, along with my sister politely asked her to wash her hands. She did wash her hands the first time and continued drooling and wiped it off of the back of her hands and attempted to get back to my manicure. We had to abruptly get up and make a payment and talk to the manager and to our surprise the staff asked us if she drooled on me or herself. And the lady who did the job instead of being remorseful started yelling at us. One of the staff who was around inturn asked us if it really was a hygiene issue and pretended as if it was normal and OKAY to drool as long as it was not on me. Horrible place to ever visit. There was no question about the refund either for this kind of weird and horrible service. Their only issue was if we made our payment PATHETIC!!
