Good quality for the price! The cut I received was professional, the stylist was good natured and knew what to do with my ethnic hair (rare for the area). I'll be going back.

I love the service and I love that they were able to get me in on the same day on short notice. I am very ecstatic about my end results. I feel a little bit more confidence in me. The only thing was that it is a little bit pricey, but hey, beauty has a price lol. I would most definitely recommend this place.

I've been going to Donnee for over 15 years and so happy that she's back at Bubbles. Donnee is not only a talented stylist but she's the best colorist in Northern Virginia. I don't trust anyone else with my color. Donnee is always professional and makes helpful suggestions. If you're looking for a new stylist, make an appointment with Donnee. She's the best!

Donnee does a great job on my hair, I don't worry about the price because she told me up front what she was going to charge! People who have time to complain about someone specific on Yelp has a lot of time on their hands to just be mean. People in this line of business get paid on commission, I'd be mad if someone asked me to work for less than my salary. I hope this is helpful to perspective customers as I can't stand to see a stylist get cyber bullied for just trying to make a living.

UPDATE: This salon has passive aggressive stylists. After I posted this review, Donnee sends me this msg(picture attached) that she thinks is so funny. I couldn't believe this is what a grown up stylist does after completely messing up a 12 year old child's event & evening. I am SO glad I took my business just next door to PR@Partners. So this place and especially the stylist, Donnee does not like feedback coz if you provide honest feedback, then you'll be attacked in a snide way. Please stay as far away as possible from this place! This salon is a scam. I booked an appointment for my daughter on October 22, 2022 and chose "ANY STYLIST" and the charge for this said $48. When we walked into the salon, we were greeted by a stylist named Donnee and she said she will charge us $67 for the haircut. I explained to her that we chose any stylist and the price quoted was $48. To that she said I am a level 2 designer and can't cut for the price her own salon quoted us. She was extremely rude in saying she has earned her level, etc. My daughter had an event to attend and we had planned this haircut and I explained Donnee this. She started haggling with the price and said I can cut for $57 and I found that so unprofessional. I found the way Donnee treated a client was extremely rude & unprofessional. We have been coming to this location for the last 12 years and this is the first time we were treated so disrespectfully. I don't think we're ever going back to this place.
