Cafe Verona is conveniently located in Plymouth Center in the building 7-11 is located in, diagonal to the John Carver Inn, on the 2nd floor. There is metered parking during the tourist season or you can park in front of John Carver Inn on the street. Glenn's niche is repairing hair that has been damaged, either chemically or from medical conditions like underactive thyroid. His salon has top-notch European products that you will not find in other salons. They are very effective but gentler than many other popular lines. He uses 2 color lines, Max Eli and Kin, that have less ammonia than other dye lines. I have never had any breakouts from his products unlike many other mainstream lines. Additionally, instead of feeling dried out like my hair used to when I got it dyed at other salons, my hair feels well-nourished as the color lines are infused with macademia nut and other essential oils. The lines are long-lasting, provide good coverage for color resistant grays and don't fade much. In addition to being great with color, Glenn is incredibly sweet, smart and funny and genuinely cares about his clients who also care for him.

Went to Verona for the very first time today. I couldn't be happier. Pam the stylist is amazing and did an absolutely beautiful job fixing my poor chopped, broken hair. I walked out of there a new person. So excited that I finally found someone with such talent and actually hears what your communicating. Best haircut I've had in years. If you want incredible color all I can say is GLENN, GLENN, GLENN!!! I first went to him after home dying for years. My hair was brassy and the texture was dry and brittle. I was in Plymouth for a wedding and needed the situation corrected. Someone recommended Glenn and so I went. That was five years ago and I have been going to him ever since- no one else can touch my hair. He works 2 days a week in Norwell and I drive the 40 minutes from Needham to see hm. I have even driven to Plymouth when those were the only available appointments. YES, he is that good. I have never gotten as many compliments on my hair. Family, friends and even strangers tell me how great my hair looks. I finally have the hair I always dreamed of, healthy, shiny, full and smooth - he is a miracle worker. People think the color is natural (which is the look I want) and even as it starts to grow out and the grays peak through, it just sort of blends. Glenn is a master colorist who can explain the science behind every product he uses. He continues to educate himself and you can tell he has a real passion for hair. Got a job offer on Beacon Hill and they wanted me to start next day... ughhh!!! What to do my color appointment was next week and I desperately needed a good blowout. Was scared to go to any other salon because my aveda salon was booked!!! Then I called this hidden gem and yes they could do roots and a blowout at 7PM (SCORE!) thank you Glenn for my fab blowout and wonderful color! 5 stars never trusted another salon till I stepped into Verona!!! I'll be back and tell all my friends and networking partners!
