CCs Salon and Day Spa in Gulf Shores, AL

Had an excellent experience at CC's. Very comfortable, clean, friendly atmosphere. My husband and I are traveling the USA, so I have to be trusting to whomever does my hair. I was lucky enough to get Crista, she was fun, friendly and experienced. Very happy with my color & cut! My husband and I each got pedicures. We were very pleased with the sanitary use of the tools used. Our nail techs were courteous, friendly and fun! Highly recommend CC's!

CCs is a hidden gem that I wish I had found yrs ago.  Being a local, its truly a pleasure to find a place that is not seasonal and appreciate local as well as seasonal customers.  My first appt was to get a Brazilian blowout and my hair looks amazing!  This is a long process with many steps so my stylist scheduled a second stylist to double team the process so my time in the salon was minimized.  I look forward to trying the spa next.  Thx CCs for a great experience!

The front desk lady was super nice and helpful when we got to the problem of why I am leaving this review.

My husband got me an early Valentine's gift which was the massage. Before I left he handed me a SCRAP piece of paper that had the date on it that he paid and that it was for a massage for me. He then told me that when he walked in the lady at the desk was too busy on the phone creating herself a doctor's appointment and she was so scattered brain that he had to tell her more then a handful of times why he was there when creating the appointment. After he paid he was told he "was good" but he wanted some type of receipt/confirmation and was given scrap. He gave me this poor excuse of a receipt because he was worried something wasn't going to be right when I went. I regret not taking a picture of this "receipt." I'm confused why whoever did this wouldn't just offer one of their gift certificates. Anyways, don't skip out on the people inside the business just because of the front desk.

I went here for a back to back facial and blowout.  When I checked in, the front desk woman seemed confused.   I waited, was given paperwork late and then my service was late.  The facial was really nice.  Then I went back to the front and again the front desk was so unorganized.  I had to tell her my name 3 times.  They didn't have a provider to give my blowout, and they didn't figure that out until it was time for that service.   It was disorganized and disappointing.  They gave me a discount, but I wanted the service.

I love getting my hair cut at CC's! The entire experience was pleasant with a wonderful haircut, aromatic shampoo and conditioner and fun conversations with other team members and customers. It felt like a warm family atmosphere. I'm a Snowbird from Ohio and only come in the winter. Cindy was recommended by a friend and she does a fabulous job! Even though I only need to stop in once or twice a year, I always look forward to my experience. Thank you Cindy and team!  I'll always be a loyal fan!
