Caribbean Nails & Spa 84045 in Saratoga Springs, UT

A super relaxing pedicure experience. Maybe it was because it was Valentine's Day or because it was a Tuesday midday.... Either way, it was a lovely experience.  The older gentleman got straight to work on my nightmare feet, he didn't make me feel dumb about my "dry feet"! The jelly pedicure has lots of massage and it was just nice to close my eyes and not feel like I had to talk, instead I listened to the relaxing music, if I opened my eyes there was a pleasant video of landscapes playing.  If he had a question and he didn't understand me, another employee helped relay the message, it melted me how they work as a team.

Side note: is this new management? It seemed much cleaner and less cluttered than times past...??

Never again.   Thought I would take a chance at a local nail salon in my neighborhood. I usually head to American Fork but was in hurry.  Got a pedicure, Manicure, and brow wax.  They were VERY unfriendly. The older man doing my Pedi was super sloppy and the nail polish was so messed up.  I complained and they got mad and started talking in their native langue.  So rude.
The guy doing my manicure was very fast and did not take time to even take care of the cuticles.  They charge $40 for a pedicure. That was insane!  I have had much cheaper for a way better job.  I will never go there again.

I had a 10am appointment and wasn't helped until 10:30am. Then they rushed me through a dip powder manicure with all my nails glued to my fingers. No attention to detail and seemed very bothered when I mentioned it. Pedicure water way too hot and no one around to adjust it. Waiting for a pedicure despite my appointment. Business doesn't distinguish between walk-ins and appointments, so no need to make one. There were flies bothering everyone. Overpriced, especially for the lacking service.

I was hesitant to come in due to the reviews on here. They absolutely did a great job! Henry did my gel manicure and it looks wonderful. My pedicure was filled with some wonderful massage and it also looks amazing. I chose a dark red and she was sure to clean up around the edges. We all know how tough dark red can be.
I waited a while but that is my fault. I just walked in and they were extremely busy. They worked to get me seated as quickly as possible.
I am new to the area and need a good nail salon. I will be back.

The technician was extremely rude with a lot of bad attitude towards my daughter and when we told her to fix one of the nails that she did wrong she was looking bad at my daughter pulling her hands and arms for no reason. Our first time there that I even decide not to get my nails done. Another customer have to tell her that she was so rude and hard on giving the pedicure. She took it wrong too. Customer Service is the key to success
