Came as a new customer in January. I didn't care who I was put with. My girl was nice but her coworkers seemed to leave her out of conversations and were very cliquey. It made me uncomfortable. Almost like they were mean to her? She didn't talk much.
I've been a client of Chrissy at Capelli's for years. She has taken me from blonde to red, back to blonde. I have the utmost confidence and trust in her! I always love my time not just with her, but at the salon in general. The atmosphere is fun and is always a happy place to spend a couple of hours. I've never walked away disappointed with any service I've received there.
I found Capelli Salon on Instagram while browsing for hair color and styles. I needed a new stylist because mine was just not getting me. I wanted to go blonde and when I saw Chrissy's professional results with before and after pictures and I knew I had to see her. She really does amazing things with color. She even curls your hair at the end and that is included in the "style". I finally feel satisfied (and understood) when I leave the salon! Prices are what you would expect for a professional salon and it is money well spent.
Before moving to Chicago, I ALWAYS got my hair done with Katie. Capelli Salon has been my favorite place to go for a very long time, and I was SO sad when I moved. I always walked out of the salon feeling so much more beautiful and confident than when I walked in. I would highly recommend ANY of the hair stylists- but if you can get an appointment with Katie, she is my absolute favorite!
Oh goodness - where to begin with Capelli. Do yourself a favor and get your hair done at Capelli! I have not had any other services except hair (both cut/color) and have have gone at least 4-5 times now? Thank goodness I found this lovely place because I am FINALLY happy with my hair! Chrissy is an absolute peach and amazingly talented. Chrissy takes the time with you to consult on what you want to do with your hair and discusses pricing upfront - so no surprises, budget wise once your service is complete. Each time I have gotten my hair done I have been 100% happy and definitely having a fabulous hair day! The salon itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. Only downside is parking but parking in the downtown Rochester parking structure is very close to the salon. The other stylists' work is also beautiful, so it seems no matter who services you, they will do a great job!
