Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE!!! I paid $15 for a Anti-static brush and the first time I used it, the bristle rubber came apart from the handle and there was only a 1/2" thin strip of glue holding it. They had the nerve to deny my request for a refund...I ate the cost and learned my lesson...but I'm going to warn everyone not to shop with this supplier of junk.
Ordered a product on Amazon from Cache Beauty, and the product delivered was not as stated on the website. I called within hours of receiving, and Kristina 1-800-643-0333 was OVER THE TOP rude, laughing at me on the phone, and said that "We are just distributors and can not be responsible for errors of the manufacturers" I asked for the name and contact number of the manufacturer, and she said "I can not give that to you - look it up on the internet"....and offered to have me send it back and PAY for shipping, and also would be charged a 20% restocking fee ....for something that was NOT what I ordered. REALLY? Fortunately Amazon offered to cover the other charges. DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS COMPANY.

Their website said product was in stock and would be shipped in a couple days.
Paying $9.95 UPS shipping for $17.98 of merchandise, I should have received the order a few days ago. I had to email them to follow up:
Me: I still haven't rec'd the order...
Heather: Your order has not shipped yet. We are currently out of this item and expect it to be in within the next week, at which time we will ship your order. We are sorry for the delay.
Me: Thanks, Heather. Should the website has indicated that the item's out of stock? Should I have rec'd a out of stock email notification? The webpage said it would only take a couple days to ship. I should have rec'd it.
Heather: We apologize again for the delay. We will promptly ship your item as soon as we receive it. We appreciate your patience.
Me: You didn't answer any of my questions, Heather...
Heather: I apologize for you not receiving an email on the updated shipping time. I can ship your order when it is received in our warehouse or I can cancel the order? Again, I am sorry for the delay.
Me: How long is the wait after all?
5/7/13 Heather: We expect it to be in within the next week, at which time we will ship your order. Again, we are very sorry for the delay. We had hoped we would have the item before now.
Me: Hi Heather, could Cache Beauty do something to compensate and make up for this extreme delay please? I'm really upset about this. This is frankly ridiculous. I have needed to use the item and needed the order to arrive in the promised timeline. And why am I paying $9.95 USP shipping to receive my order in several weeks?!

I called Customer Service and talked to Lindsey. Lindsey could not be reasoned with, offered no help whatsoever, and rudely hung up on me.
I ordered on line a hot brush and received it by U.P.S. today . Opened it from the delivery box and found the item scotch taped closed . So I thought maybe the glue wasn't holding on the box and they secured it . Only to find somebody"s hair other than mine wrapped around it . I spoke to the so called manager and , said I have to pay the shipping and handling and that they don't sell used things . How dare they !!!! I only wanted it replaced and insinuated I was not truthful . BAD BUSINESS MY FRIENDS !!! KARMA
I can only add my voice to Gina P.'s -- I purchased from CacheBeauty through Amazon and ended up paying shipping fees equivalent to 76% of the retail cost of my items. Should have done my homework -- but if this review can steer even one unwitting customer away from CacheBeauty, my experience will have been worth it. Caveat emptor.
