Went in yesterday service was great when in when it opened pedicure  was great went to get my nails done next and I kept telling him how long
I wanted but he didn't listen the bead wasn't picked up correctly the acrylic is in side my nail. And some are lifting

Do not recommend. Very little attention to detail. Asked for oval in the beginning, then asked for them to be more oval. He made very slim changes. Some nails are a lot thicker than others. Very disappointing.

Never never never ever will I go back to this place they don't listen to what you say they are slow I got bubbles underneath my nails two fingers the tips are crocked along with some are longer than others I feel like I was the dudes Ginny pig and that i was his first customer....ughhhh

I came in last minute for a show I have this weekend. Brought a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest and the guy NAILED it!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

my friend recommended this nail salon to me last minute saying it's where she always goes to get hers done. initially everyone seemed very polite, there was a small wait because they seemed to be understaffed, which i was totally fine with. while getting my nails done, the woman doing my nails managed to make almost every single one of my fingers bleed. i was understanding of that considering i had very short, bitten down nails beforehand. i could understand a few pricks here and there, but every single one of my nails?? that seems to be a little ridiculous. i've had acrylic nails before, and never have the person doing my nails managed to make them bleed that bad before. after she was done with my nails, which i had no idea she was finished with considering she just left the store without saying anything to me and then not returning afterwards, i went to the station to let them dry. i accidentally hit one of my hands on the station and messed my nail up a bit, but the lady who did my nails was gone, so one of the people i was with asked another staff member to help. keep in mind the only thing wrong was the polish, i could've easily fixed it myself if i had known all i had to do was use nail polish remover and repainted it. yet she replied with, "don't mess it up again, because i don't have time to clean up your mistakes." rolling her eyes every time she did another step. i could understand her frustration, yes, a customer accidentally messed up her nail, but that remark and the way she acted was very rude and unnecessary. not to mention completely unprofessional. i thanked her many times, trying to be as patient as possible, but she didn't reply to me at all. it's the next day and the nails are already chipped, and one of my index nails are loose, and my fingers are sore from all the cuts and scabs on them. i won't be coming back to that salon knowing that others have had similar experiences.
