I went here for the third time ever. Back when they first opened I didn't believe in tanning LOL. Although I didn't get any darker the last time I Cabana tanned in recent years (only last week), I wanted to give Cabana a second shot and I really needed some vitamin D, not just a tan. Instead of getting a tan, I got into an argument with the manager. I paid for a 20 minute tan and only received a 10 minute tan and when the bed suddenly stopped I got dressed and came out of the room to ask them what was up. They told me that I only paid for a 10 minute bed even though a 20 minute bed would have been the same price. The way they treated me was not very customer oriented because I feel I should have been offered at least a partial refund or the remaining time I wanted to go tanning. When I paid it for my session, I simply ordered a full session thinking it was 20 minutes like the last time I went--just last week. I was not asked which bed I would like to go in or how long I wanted to go and so I will not be back. Last week I went for 20 minutes. I did not get any color at all the past two times I've gone! It's well worth driving a little longer, to a diff tanning salon, to actually get what I pay for and be listened to. Cabana treated me like I did something wrong for questioning why I didn't get 20 minutes like I was expecting to. I pretty much paid 8 bucks to become more informed!
