Nails were okay, but when I showed the picture I wanted they openly said that my fingers were too wide and would not look as skinny as the girl in the photo. Very rude and overall bad service.
If I could give this experience zero stars I would. Not only did I not get what I wanted in the first place, but when I simply asked a question about the almost finished product I was scolded and was constantly being told that I was in the wrong. This nail salon was my go-to, I only had the males coincidentally every time I went. But, today I had the lady and I will never be going back. At first, I was a little upset about not getting what I wanted after waiting an hour. But after I was completely embarrassed and yelled at by the nail tech, it simply wasn't even about the nails anymore. She would not let it go and would keep bothering me about it even after I stated that it was fine and that it was my fault, "I will not continue until you listen and stop saying that you understand." is what she stated. Long story short, she told me to not tell people to not go here or complain about this experience because it was all my fault. Which is why I am making this.Not recommending you giving any of your money to this lady at ALL!
They do a great job on both manicures and pedicures but they need more employees - waiting for over an hour each time I visit here is just unacceptable.
Went to the nail salon on my lunch. Then we're going to be about a 15 minute wait. I told them it was no problem I would just come back after work. Came back after work and waited 45 minutes. Decided I couldn't wait any longer. Left the shop. Called to make an appointment. The horribly rude Woman that works there started Chastising me for leaving the shop. I was just simply trying to make an appointment. She was literally scolding me. Definitely need to learn customer service skills.
Horrible experience. was asked to sign in and come back in 1 hr. I did come back 40 mins later. they let others jump ahead of me even though they asked me to leave. when I pointed this out to them I discovered they put "hold" on my sign in line. when I pointed that out to them they made me wait even more. total of 2 hrs I waited they were so slow with the clients that were being helped it was ridiculous they could have had me soak off my nails while I was waiting. I left because it was just too much to ask. went somewhere else
