Ca Nails in Edmond, OK

I wish I could leave no stars. I have a normal nail salon I usually go to, but I decided this one was more convenient and closer to me, as I'm currently house sitting for someone. big mistake. the nail salon I usually go to is amazing every time, and always gives me what I go in for. all I went in for was a  color change on my existing acrylic set, as well as one new nail put on to repair a broken one. when I went inside she said she could only do one color, and could not do an ombre, just because it was gel dip and not powder. that did not make sense, as every other nail salon I've been to has never had an issue with that. she also said I'd have to do a similar color to what I last had because even after sanding them, they still had the faint color I had previously. this also had never been an issue with other salons. lastly, she refused to fix my broken nail because it was gel dip, and they "don't do fills or repairs on gel dip polish". she said I would have to come back in in two weeks when I get a fill... just to repair the nail. that is the main thing I went in for, was to get a new nail on that finger, besides just changing to a new color... so she did nothing that I asked or went in for, all I got was a little more of what I had before, AND I still have a broken nail. I'm mad that I even had to pay the $20 for the polish she put on, and I definitely did not tip her. now I'm still stuck with something less than what I wanted, for at least another 2-3 weeks. never. coming. back. Also, she was rushy and not very kind. I did not feel like my needs mattered at all, made me realize just how awesome my normal nail place is. lesson learned.

I'd give it a zero if I could. But it was for sure the WORST gel mani/pedi I've ever had. Nini, I just read is the owner and she was the one who did my nails, which now makes the whole thing that much worse. I walked in to ask prices and was told gel manicure was $30 and gel pedi is $15 on top of whatever pedicure was chosen. I've been going to Polished (which is great but pricey). This seemed better priced and I thought 'how bad can a nail place be?'  I picked the $30 pedicure + $15 for gel. So I was looking at a total of $75 vs my normal $95. Then as she began to drill off my toe nail polish she tells me it's $5 extra to take polish off of my toes and $5 for the nails. I'm now suddenly at $85. I had to CONSTANTLY point out a crooked nail shape or unfinished sides. In the end, I walked out of there ready to take these nails off. Went across the street to Crest so that I could buy a file so at least the jagged edges would be smooth and the shape would be even. HORRIBLE. I can't even say you get what you pay for because this wasn't worth a dime.

My mom and I frequently get pedicures here during the summer and we've always had good service. Never had a mani here but might sometime soon..

The woman that did my nails here was new and horrible. I normally have Susan or Mimi do my nails and they are great. The nail polish I choose was to thick and decided to change the color because it wasn't looking good at all. When I choose the new color the woman did not want to take off the old one and just paint on top of it. The first one was green and the new one was bright pink, it's not acceptable but the colors were completely different. I hope they work on customer service.

They ought to be ashamed for calling this place a nail salon. First, the lady made my toe bleed with the cheese grater looking thing which she failed to acknowledge. Then she proceeded to slop the paint on my toes like that of a small child..seriously, my 7year old brother could have done a far better job! Also, the lady had on an extremely low cut shirt with her long hair hanging down so that every time she would lean forward her hair would be touching my feet or almost going into her shirt (hope the person before me didn't have a fungus that she's now carrying around in her hair!). Completely unprofessional and sick to say the least!
