Well....I really wish I could have written a postive review here but unfortunately I can't. When I arrived as a walk in for a gel removal with gel manicure, I was taken right away and an older woman took care of me. The woman that did the gel removal just did so much drilling to remove the gel where it became painful instead of allowing me to soak my nails longer in acetone. Once she was finished, she had said I need to go take care of my client that has been waiting that has an appointment with me, you will have to wait until another person is finished with their client to take over....well that end up being almost a half hour before someone was able to take over. I never had anything like this happen ever at any nail salons I have been to. The person that took over was nice that was able to finish my service. But now my nails are so weak from the never ending drilling that was not needed. I would not return here again and will find another establishment after this situation. Terrible management decision on their part!
I've lived here for 6 years and tried almost a dozen nail salons in a 20 mile radius and this. Is. The. Best. Place! I literally show her a picture and she mimics it exactly. I am always 100% satisfied when I leave the salon! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a mani/pedi/gel/acrylic and eyebrow wax! (ask for the owner!)
It's not worth your time to come to this salon , i had asked to get a French design done but instead of the traditional white i wanted a different color . I kid you not this women literally told me that my nails aren't fit for a French tip design. Like i understand that u want to go home and it's why u constantly look at the clock and argue to ur coworker that u don't want to do it . Like if u didn't wanted to do it then you shouldn't have accepted my appointment correct? At the end of the day I'm not asking for your opinion, I'm paying you to do my nails , not for you to give me your judgement . Like yes they do there job in a decently matter , but there not even doing it as a passionate job now , it's just for them to get paid and don't care about customers service.
I've been going here for quite a while. Very friendly staff. They know their customers by name. Tina always does an amazing job. My go to is a mani/pedi (gel nails) and she is great at both. Be sure to schedule your next appointment with Tina or Alice!!
Service was decent but they charge $20 for gel polish! My pedicure was $30, so I was charged more than half of the service charge just for the polish! I usually have long nails and have never paid that much for polish!
