Stay far away!! Terrible experience! Ruined my 11 year old daughters nails she had been growing out they were long, filed them so short they hurt. Painful pedicure they tried charging $70 for, my other daughters nails were uneven and the design she wanted looked terrible and it was simple! Another lady about had her nail ripped off and was literally in tears from the pain! 2.5 hours here and they never got to my nails. I made an appointment somewhere else. I asked if they could fix my daughters nails, they asked if she did them herself!! That's how awful they look. I even asked if they knew had to make a Mickey Mouse head otherwise just dont....one big circle 2 small no detail...Completely trash! Almost $200 just thrown out the window. What a way to start our vacation.
I loved it there. It's very clean and friendly. They serve drinks. I enjoyed q margarita while getting manicure and pedicure. They are very professional. My nails looked stunning. I hope they last because they are not chip.
I appreciate the cleanliness and friendly staff here. I came in for a pedicure at 40wks pregnant. They got my friend and me in right away for a scheduled appointment. I came home disappointed to find the nail polish on my toes is transparent in several areas, thick brushstrokes made the paint uneven on the nail and there was paint around the nails. There is a 10% charge if you use card. I've never heard of such a high charge. What was planned to be a relaxing evening, turned into an evening of me removing their paint job to repaint my nails on my own so I don't have to go into the hospital looking like this. I left a couple stars on because my friend seemed to like her pedicure from another employee.
First time coming here and had an amazing experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. Not only that, but they did a wonderful job on my nails! Absolutely beautiful!
