John and Cody at Brand S are very nice and honest. I have a Rav 4 that needed the front passenger fender changed. He did the work and called me in about 1 hour. He is a mechanic and does body work . Amazing, a great place to bring your car.

I came in to get my windshield resevoir replaced . I purchased it and they installed it for me . staff was helpful with the replacement And communicated to me as they went along. It took about an hour .

I got into a car accident and took my Honda Civic here for insurance repairs a couple months ago. I discussed over the phone with the owner what I needed fixed. I was told I would be getting a NEW door, a paint job on the rear driver side door, a new bumper cover, and that they would repair my rocker panel (See before damage in photos). All of these were included in the insurance quote I gave them from my insurance company. After waiting for two weeks they called and quoted me a new price 100$ more because they had to order the mirror separately (no big deal). When I was talking to them on the phone I had asked the woman if they were able to repair my bumper and she told me yes. Another week later I came to pick up my car, I immediately noticed the bumper was untouched and I told them I was under the impression that it was fixed. I went back and forth with the two owners for a few minutes and we came to the conclusion there must've been a miscommunication. I had to get to work so I wasn't able to completely inspect the work done when I was picking it up. When I was at work I noticed there was a overspray from a clear coat ALL OVER the front third of my car, they didn't even make an effort to scrape the windshield or my driver window. Not to mention still to this day overspray is covering my hood. The door they gave me wasn't freshly painted and I can tell it came from a junkyard because of all of the weather strips being completely dry rotted. There are scrapes along the bottom of the new door as well and they told me it was adhesive when I was picking it up. When I asked them for an itemized receipt I was told I would be sent one later that day, I never heard from them and had to ask again the following day. I then was told I would have to personally come back up to the shop to receive an itemized receipt. Instantly I was very suspicious. I told them the reason I was asking for it, obviously I was unhappy with the service. In the next day or so I went to look at the emailed receipt they had sent me so I could verify exactly what it said. To my surprise, when I read it again it said something different than the original receipt I was emailed. I know this for a fact because I have the original receipt screenshotted. They went in and tried to itemize the original copy of the receipt with my signature already on it. Needless to say I wanted nothing more to do with this shop. I'm letting everyone know so they don't have the same experience I did.

I believe it was John that scheduled me to drop my car off to put a part in...dropped off at 9am. He was very professional with me that day and previously. But by noon i had gotten no phone call so I call up there one of the mechanics tells me the cars been done. So why did noone call me? Because they didnt bother to write down my number thats why. So I call up there to see if they will send someone to pick me up cuz they picked me up and dropped me off this morning and the other day when they offered me a ride. Well Mike let me know that was a "courtesy" and today they werent going to come get me 2 blocks away. Obviously they were done being courteous to me. SO i Ubered $9 ride to go up there and resolve the part issue. Jose and I had resolved the issue and I was going to pay them for the work they did and go get the right part. The part store screwed up. No big deal. Well Mike wanted to come "check me" for some reason and proceeded to tell me that he "didnt have a problem with me dropping off my car" Umm why would you you're a mechanic RIGHT? you work on cars for MONEY right? He was trying to finger wag me for wasting his time or something. He and John obviously arent on the same page. IM A PAYING CUSTOMER my money is just as good as whatever job you pulled Jose off of. I dont get it? If your shop is over booked then take that up with your partner that SCHEDULED ME. so long story short once Mike realized I there wasnt alot more money in this job and I wasnt going to let him shift blame onto me he said "you know what keep your money and take your business somewhere else." which I will gladly do. NEXT time dont schedule your shop outside of its limitations. VERY unprofessional. Wasted 2 -3 weeks of my time...got the right part within 15 minutes of leaving his shop. And found someone else that wasnt to busy to do the work they said they can. Go somewhere else unless you are spending ALOT of money with them they will treat you like a second rate customer.
