Shannon has been doing my hair for 20 plus years and I am ALWAYS AMAZED. She can see my vision for my hair before I fully give her what I want. She is the BEST HAIR STYLIST IN THE GAME. I trust no one but her with my hair. If your looking for hair care, great products, amazing styling abilities then look no further as Shannon is it. Thats why I drive from Los Angeles to Upland.

Worst experience ever. Had extensions put in. Shannon colored the extension wrong color, and the texture didn't match my hair. The Extension started falling out after 2 days. Customer service rating=0. Wanted to charge me more for fixing her mistakes. After two weeks of her canceling appts, she had Erika try to fix the extensions. She made them even worse. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING THERE. They're over priced and terrible quality of hair extensions. I give Shannon

Frustrating to make a schedule!! - I called first. No retun call after multiple messages left (in a span of 3 days) - I called again, when Shannon answered she asked how I learned about her business. I answered Groupon. She says she will look into her schedule. No call received. - After 3 days, I went to the shop, none answered the door on a Saturday. The business next to her took my name and number so she could tell Shannon. - After 3 days no calls. When I called, she picked up but she says " I'm on Thanksgiving vacation. I will call you next week." She also acknowledged that the next door business told her that I came to her shop. But again she didn't bother to make a call. - Wednesday the following week I called again. She said she texted me. No proof of that. I took her cellphone number and did a test message where she replied and it went with no problem. - This time she instructed me to cancel my groupon with no further explanation. Groupon doesn't accept refund after 3 days of purchase! She could've told me this the first time I told her that I will use a groupon voucher, which is 2 weeks ago. - She further gave me more instructions......1. Cancel Groupon 2. Pay $25 deposit thru zelle or square 3. Screenshot the groupon voucher (which I dont get because shes not accepting it anyway) 4. Email the voucher and/or 5. Print the voucher and slip thru her shop front door. - I followed all (except #5). I asked if she recieved my email - no response (after 12 hours and counting). She denied receiving the screenshot sent thru text. - I realized after all that back and forth and many instruction, I still didn't get an appointment! - UNPROFESSIONALISN TO ITS FINEST

I found Shannon and her salon on Yelp. I looked at the reviews there weren't too many but we're good. I requested a quote and submitted a picture. Shannon responded to me with prices and types of hair and what unexpected costs might occur depending on the types of hair if I might need a custom . I told her that I had purchased a closure a while back and wanted to use it. I arrived at my 130 appt as scheduled. Unfortunately she had a client so I went Michael's next door for bit. It must of been about 230 when she started my hair. She was very thorough explaning to me the process for me and my type of hair. It took about 45 min to complete with cut to my bangs and hot iron. I was very pleased with the look and style. Shannon is such a sweetheart and the music she plays is off the hook I love it. I will definitely be coming back . There is one thing that has nothing to do with the salon but the restroom with no toilet or hand paper. With so many businesses there the MGMT team should have additional supplies.

Wow!! I've been looking for a salon for some time now with so many disappointments. I've found a new home. This is really a great salon and Shannon is such a professional. She is patient (I have questions and then more questions!). She has so many great ideas - I can't wait to try some of the things she suggested. I was made to feel so comfortable in letting her work her magic with my hair! The salon has a wonderful vibe and you really are made to feel at home. I made two stops on the way home and received compliments at each stop!! Way to go Shannon!! I'll definitely be back!!
