BEST nail place in town. They're always so nice and welcoming. They always accommodate me. My daughter and I have been coming here for the past year or 2. She always has a new design to show them and they fulfill her dream nails. THANK YOU Golden nails & Spa

I got a manicure gel & 25$ spa pedicure gel 2 days ago for 70 & Its chipping already! She knew she overpriced me bc right after she told me 70 she started rambling about "oh it's bc we charge 1$ for prepaid card" without me even asking why so much lol which is still insane bc a additional 1$ couldn't be why it added up to 70 haha. But I still paid bc I thought It would be a lasting service as it should especially with gel !!! So basically they are overpriced and not worth the quality bc as you can see THE 70$ gel manicure is chipping within 2 days which is my main issue it's not even the money it's the service quality didn't match up to the price.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I just got mine and my daughters nails done here, and it took about 30 mins. For the nail lady to actually understand what I was telling her to do. Then to top it off my nails feel like they are going to fall off. Im grateful that I was able to get me and my daughters nails done, but I regret going here. Staff is rude and the nail quality is horrible.

I've been going here for a few years and I overall liked the service. I called to make an appointment on Christmas Eve, I work 12 hour shifts so I always have to make an appointment. The male at the shop answered and told me he would check is schedule and CALL ME BACK. He did and scheduled me for 5:00 Christmas Eve. I arrived at 5 and everything was dark, call and it think his name is Tom said "oh we closed early" . My thought was, you couldn't call to see if I could come early? His attitude was oh well.

I was very disappointed today with this facility. I called ahead to set up an appointment with Tam and they stated yes she will be available for you no problem. As I get to my appointment 10 minutes early I select my color and wait patiently to get started. It was now 15 minutes over my appointment time on top of the 10 minutes I arrived also, a total of 25 minutes. I asked how much longer and the technician couldn't tell me. They started speaking to each other to what sounded like an excuse. So I did state that I called earlier for my appointment and someone said she would be available(there's a reason why I called). I was waiting for a reply and just decided to end the wait. After that I just had to leave. I'm upset because I love going to this place but I hate to say that it's the 3rd time this happens and I can't give them the benefit of the doubt anymore.
