I saw Jen for a color and perm. She's funny and sweet and really just everything you want in a hairdresser. I felt like she really understood what I wanted and was able to deliver. I did knock off one star because poor Jen was a one-woman show! Aside from when she was actively working on my hair, she never stopped running -- and I do mean RUNNING! They really need a receptionist present at all times. In addition to working on my hair, Jen also had to answer every phone call and assist every walk-in. I never saw another employee during the 4 hours or so I was in the shop. Aside from that, no complaints. I like the way my hair turned out and that is, after all, what matters most! To sum up: Hairdresser Rating = 5 Stars & Salon Rating = 4 Stars
