She is very talented, down to earth, honest, and I really love that her salon is an individual suite because it's a more personal experience than the typical large salon. Additionally, Michelle truly cares about her clients. She offers salon add ons at no additional cost including a scalp massage, aroma therapy, and snacks and drinks. Every visit feels like a mini spa session!
