Nails Touch 32 in Denver, CO

My sister and I both left bloody and battered and we were still charged full price. While removing gel polish with the grinder tool, my toe nail cuticles were cut multiple times. My sisters had her nails done and they used the same grinder to remove her old polish and went all the way down to almost the skin and broke the nail at the base in 2 places.  The final straw was when a chunk of my toe cuticle was cut out with the cuticle cutters. It's a good thing I chose a bright pink color because it's hiding the bloody cuts I have all around my cuticles.

When we went to pay, we were both charged full price for our service, when they knew they had hurt us. My sisters bill was $75 and after her card was put through, they said it was actually $85 and she would have to add the extra $10 to the tip!

We will not be back and have warned all of our local friends to avoid this place as well. What was supposed to be a relaxing hour for us moms, turned into a torturous experience.

I went in on a Friday afternoon and got a mani/pedi with regular polish. I've been getting my nails done for about twenty years and never in my life have I had this happen...

Within less than 24 hours, almost an entire nail's polish had come off (see photos). I went in to have them fix it. Then the next morning I had two more gone and later that day, two more. I ended up removing the polish and painting them myself. Again, I have regular polish on and can take a picture in two days of how they look.

The only thing I can think of is that this salon puts something in the polish to dilute it (I've heard of salons doing that before) or they poured cheap polish into an OPI bottle... or something they use makes the polish terrible. I feel like I completely wasted the money I spent here and I will not be going back.

UPDATE: it has now been 3 days since I painted my own nails with an OPI regular polish. It's called Black Cherry Chutney and has yet to chip! At no point have I changed my routine. I'm still doing chores around the house, working out in the mornings, playing with our dogs... same activities as over the weekend.

This little nail shop has gone through several owners and changes so I wouldn't take into account reviews older than the last 18 months. They've made some major overhauls in ownership, how they handle service and their techs are awesome! Prices are great for the highlands location they're at. They're attentive, clean and patient. It's $25 for a regular pedi, $35 for the upgraded one (there's 5-7 different options) & $40 for gel pedi. It's easy to make an online appt or you can walk right in. I prefer to go in the morning when they're not super busy and they take their time with you. The gentleman who did my pedi was soooo patient and thorough. Happy to report they've made some changes and I'll definitely be a regular here!

Came here for a mani pedi and was sat immediately. They did a great job on my hands and feet and were very friendly and polite. Their prices are great as well! Highly recommend.

Lena is awesome! She did a Great job w/ my mani/ pedi. She was also super professional when 3 VERY rude customers came in for a walk in appointment.  They demanded to be taken care of immediately & argued about the prices that were clearly posted. I truly hope those people do not get treated at their jobs like they treated the fantastic hard working people that work here. They accommodated the rude entitled patrons as best they could. I would not have been so accommodating. You guys are great.
