Victoria did an amazing job with my hair! She took it from boring, long, and heavy to light and fresh! I'm so happy with my cut and color! Her customer service is the best as well as the other girls in the salon!

Facial 5 stars: I had a Hydra Facial with Kirsten. She was super nice , knowledgeable, professional, took her time, was very thorough with extractions and my skin looks healthy and glowing. Will definitely be back for facial. Salon and front staff : Salon is very clean and looks great. Its pretty big and nail stations all had plexiglass. Reception seemed like they were annoyed to be there. They weren't rude but not exactly welcoming. If it weren't for them, definitely 5 stars.

Actually really disappointed that a member of management to date still hasn't reached out regarding a botched brow service on 12/23- I really wanted to love them- it's a one stop shop for all your beauty needs- however I had to put in way to much effort to finally get someone to acknowledge my issue - called 2x, left message, DM on IG - in the world we are living in now client engagement is everything.... truly disappointed

I never leave bad reviews especially at places where the people are so nice but I was really disappointed after my lash extension appt. I looked on Groupon and found boho, they had great reviews so I decided to try it out. Boho was beautifully done, and everyone was so nice. However, I booked a classic set (I bought the Groupon for it) along with my sister. I asked for a natural look. I've gotten my lashes done many times elsewhere and they've always come out great, I've never had any problems with how they've come out. However, sadly at boho I was super disappointed. They looked really messy and straggly and super uneven. U can tell in pictures my left eye is missing a whole section of lashes towards the inner corner of my eye where as on my right eye, they're not missing. (I tried brushing this is just from poor placement) they're also definitely not a "natural" look as I hoped for. The girl who did them was really nice however her personal cell phone rang multiple times and she even answered FaceTime calls during both mine and my sisters lash appts which was a little unprofessional (I wouldn't of cared if they still came out good) On top of that, the lash technician also glued my lashes partially shut although I was very still (this happened to both me and my sister) and had to pull them apart which was painful. I usually never write reviews or complain but they were honestly just painful afterwards and didn't look nice at all, super uneven and messy and I know this isn't a case of me being unused to them or moving around during the process bc I've gotten them done multiple times and different places and have never had a complaint to give out. This salon was so cute, all of the girls were so nice and friendly, but they honestly may need to find a new lash tech bc the process was painful and the outcome was disappointing to say the least.
