I generally love this salon and have come several times in the past with solid results so it really upsets me to write this review but this was a terrible experience. Horrible blow out by Tom. My hair is frizzier than if I'd attempted to it myself and he kept hitting my head with the blow drier. The most upsetting part was how rude and unprofessional the owner/manager was when I asked if someone could fix the mess that was my hair after the disappointing blow out. She responded with "Not my problem, it's not my hair!" Um excuse me? Not your hair?! I'm sorry, do you not work in a place that is meant to do other people's hair?? The most unprofessional and inappropriate response to a complain that I've ever received. I don't know how they get any customers with service like that.
Absolutely love this salon!! Doug is so gracious and welcoming. The salon is super clean and very pretty. Minit is a truly gifted stylist. She knows exactly how to cut my thick curly hair. I love my hair and so does everyone else.
I got my hair done by Eric and it is by far the best salon experience I've ever had in my life. When he asked me what I wanted to do with my hair as far as color went he took the words out of my mouth. He did an amazing job and as he put it he took all the summer time sadness out of my hair. I will definitely be making an appointment with him again
Been Going to Gary for years. He is wonderful and helps me look so much prettier than usual. He is great with hair and always full of fun. Now my husband is going there. The rest of the staff has always been most welcoming as well! Janet Painter
