We went here a few times after moving to the area for my sons haircut. The staff isn't trained and my son always got cuts on his neck. Last visit, the cut was so bad he was bleeding. The stylist was probably new since she had to ask the other stylist and had no clue what to do. Not sure if they even had proper antiseptic. They did put a bandaid thankfully. The haircut was all uneven and when I pointed that out she had to ask other stylist to correct it. They still charged for the haircut. Needless to say, never going back.
Never coming here again. I was in a pinch and they did not pull through. I went for a wash and a trim with a face frame that I have been getting for years. The lady messed this up last time as well and managed to give me uneven layers instead. Today they put an excessive amount of shampoo in my hair, scrubbed nicely but then didn't rinse it out properly. She proceeded to not put conditioner in and bring me to the chair with shampoo still in my hair. She starts to brush it and make a rude comment on how badly I need conditioner. Instead of taking me back to the sink to properly wash my hair she put an excessive amount of leave in into my hair. I checked my hair and again it was layers and not face frame like I had asked for. I had to go home and re-wash my hair. I have never had such an experience before but will not be returning here.
I took my son to this location for the first time. The barber didn't do a very good job. We just wanted a basic cut but he didn't trim enough off the front and he didn't do a very even job on the back, sides and top. Either he was poorly trained or he just didn't care. Needless to say I will not return.
The person cutting my hair did not listen to me at all. I had just dyed my hair and told her to layer and shorten it then she goes ahead and shaves it all off. She didn't even make sure that's what I wanted she just did it. I will never be returning here. Get you haircut here at your own risk.
I have been going to this location for many years and the staff is amazing. Always friendly and I get a great haircut everytime. I highly recommend!!
