Personal recommendations from friends or colleagues can also be a great way to find a salon. It might be worthwhile to visit a few salons or have consultations to gauge comfort and service.

Weekends, especially Saturday mornings and afternoons, are often peak times for many hair salons. Additionally, weekday evenings can be busier due to clients visiting post-work. It's always a smart move to book in advance, but if you prefer a quieter environment, you can ask BobbyPins & Blush about their less hectic hours.
Teddy is the best. She is knowledgeable and patient and provides honest feedback regarding what will work with your individual needs/desires. I walked out of her salon feeling like a million bucks but further the compliments I received the next day validated what I already knew. This woman is an artist and excels at her craft. I cannot recommend her enough. 100% 5 star review.
Always a great experience. Teddi is very talented. My hair always looks amazing, very happy with her work
Very unprofessional in terms of communication and booking. I had sent an initial inquiry about 2 months ago and heard nothing back. After emailing to check in I was informed the salon had changed ownership or something to that effect and I would have to re-send them my inquiry. I did this and the woman, Alexis, had me fill out a new brochure and I sent her screenshots of my previous request which showed what I wanted and the date I would need work done. Again, I don't hear back from anyone. After 4-5 days, I email asking for confirmation on booking and she tells me she's on vacation and will get back to me later. This morning she emails me to tell me my date is not available any longer. Thanks to you guys, I have wasted almost 2 months at this point trying to book with your salon when I could have been looking elsewhere. My wedding is in 3 months. I understand that in changes of ownership things can get lost in translation, but I would think you'd be more apologetic and willing to try and get clients scheduled after they were lost in the mix the first time around. Instead, I felt thrown to the way side and obviously like not much of a priority. Would not recommend.
If you are considering them for bridal services, don't. They charge a $150 booking fee that is not applied to any of your services. I told them I was not interested in their business for this reason and they tried to shame me. There are a lot better beauty teams in this area that will give you more bang for your buck and treat you with the respect you deserve.
I'm giving it a 2 for terrible customer service! Don't ever cancel the day before because they charge you half you visit cost. That's why they make you leave your credit card on file. When I told Teddi my card on file was closed and I have a new card, she tried to charge it. That was humiliating because I'm a good person. I had to call because I was recovering from Covid and food poisoning. She is well aware that I'm under treatment for Breast Cancer! That being said, she does a great job. I'm so sorry that I will be going elsewhere. Please do try them, but be aware if there policies!
