Blue Pearl Nails And Spa Fredericksburg in Fredericksburg, VA

Came by for a pedicure on a afternoon during the week. Not real busy but we did make reservations since there were three of us. Two of us they started right away on our toes but my sister waited for a few to get hers started. The other tech was working on another client at the time. Very relaxing, clean facility and the techs were very friendly. Would come back for a pedicure.

I had major damage to my nails, they looked terrible. Desiree did a fantastic job and my nails look great. I am no longer ashamed to show them in public. I will go back when necessary. A+++++

I got my nails done for the first time since COVID and moved in down here recently and didn't have a regular nail tech. I got them done at another spot I won't name but they did a piss poor job. I came to Blue Pearl to get them fixed and get a pedi. I've already been there for pedis before and I liked the shop and the people. The gentleman that did my nails, I think the owner, did such a great job fixing the shape of them and also the apex. He did a masterful paint job with no flaws and really paid attn to detail. I also got a pedi and the lady stayed late since my nails took longer and she was amazing. Will definitely make this my go to nail place. Love them.

I came to this Nail Spa with my sister to get a french manicure and this quite literally is the worst french manicure and customer service I've ever had. My Nail tech had an extremely dry/rude attitude to begin with which was uncomfortable enough. Throughout the entire nail service she kept stopping and going on her phone and even leaving at one point to go on her phone and told me to give her a minute. She didn't come back for almost five minutes and when she did she was still on her phone. At one point I put my hand under the UV light like she asked and when I did the light turned on and right after she pressed a button and it turned off. I thought that she meant to turn the light off so I didn't say anything and when she asked me if the light was on I said no to which she replied "okay next time, you need to let me know because it was supposed to be on". She said it with such a rude attitude as if it was my fault she wasn't paying enough attention to her job that she didn't notice. So the experience was bad enough and only to leave and see how badly my nails looked made it that much worse. I called to let them know the situation shortly after and the only thing they said that could be done is if I came back in so they could fix it. I wasn't never offered a discount let alone a refund. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a call before I left this review but it didn't get me anywhere. Why would I want to return here for anything after that. $51 for nothing. Don't waste your money here.

I've been to the salon a few times and it's always been a great experience. Staff is friendly and they have ENOUGH staff to keep up with the demand!!
