The pedicure was awesome! They did a decent job there. But i showed the main tech the design I wanted and walked out with a french tip. He completely ignored my design and when i said i didn't like it he claimed it was better for me. Go here for a pedicure but don't do a mani here

I love BNB Nails!! Customer service is unmatched, all the nail techs are professional, and this place is always great for groups. I have been getting my nails done by Nini for the last 2 years and will continue to come here even though I live in downtown Denver now! (Worth the drive and the wait!)
If I could rate this zero stars I would. I called for a pedicure/manicure appt and thought I had an appt for 9a, two days later. I arrive and no one was there until 9:15 and then didn't have my appt in their 'book' and couldn't take me, told me to come back later. This is not the first time this has happened. In the past I tried to make an appt on line, arrived at my day/time and they didn't have my appt then and told me to call next time. What is the point of trying to make an appt? There are other nail salons around.
