worst hair experience in my LIFE!! I went to bliss salon! Have been there twice! Rosie who did my hair was wonderful! She explained everything she was doing. I called for a job with her, I was told she was there, then I was told she was no longer working there! Dallas the owner said she would take cate of me and said that Rosie had everything wrote down what she was doing with my hair! I went two weeks ago to have my hair done by Dallas! She was very nice! I told her all I want is my gray hair covered and touch up my blonde! She put in 12 foils, trimmed the only the bottom of my hair! I was there for 4 hours and 15 minuted! She had four other people she was doing their hair! I sat forever! another girl rinsed and shampooed my hair and then dried and styled my hair! When Dallas the owner came back to check on me I told her my hair was horrible! I told her she did not cover any of my gray hair! I got up and got my coat, she said she would get it for my me! I told her my hair was horrible and it had orange streaks! She followed me the register, I told her ahe did not cover my gray hair and I have brassy like orange! She followed me and said this is the first time I have done your hair! She said you have to pay for it now, but when she corrected it I would not have to pay anything! I had text her to ask if she could o it sooner! She said no! So I would have to wait over a week! She charged me 239 i told her she over charged me! And I told her it is unprofessional to do four people's hair at one time! She text me and said everything on the ticket for my hair she dId! I text and said that was A lie!

Not poc friendly will mess up your hair. Not professional at all and will try and play with your intelligence. Don't recommend

I love this salon I have been going here for about a year. While it is expensive they always do a fantastic job. I love this salon because I work crazy hours and they can always seem to fit me in.

Highly recommend for beautiful coloring and blonding, I have paid hundreds for my hair to be done and was never satisfied. This place really hits the nail on the head! Rosemarie is fabulous with blonding, listened to my needs and delivered a phenomenal job !

I am obsessed with Bliss salon and spa and here is why! To start, the team is educated and it shows. I've had color, cuts and even updos here when I was living in Michigan. They are GREAT with wedding parties and really take care of each and every guest. Secondly, the owner Dallas takes care of her stylist. I love that a cancellation policy is in place because it ensures that her stylist aren't left high and dry if people cancel last minute. They all DESERVE to have a steady income. I like to support a place that values their team. This is all coming from someone in the industry as well. I've been a hairstylist in Chicago for 3 years now and understand the importance of the policy. Remember your service providers time is EQUALLY as important as your own. Love the team, energy, and all that bliss has to offer the Lansing area!
