Total bullshit... walked in and they gave me a 39 minute wait time. Whatever, had time to kill so I gave them my phone number and went and sat in my truck. At 35 minutes I walked in and I was still 7th in line. Waited another 15 minutes and I was 3rd in line so I walked back out to my truck. Watched 2 people leave (another 10 minutes) so I walked back in and didn't see my name on the waitlist anymore. Lady at the counter said because it's been over an hour it removes you from the list.... Most insane thing I've ever heard of and the lady said "I can put you back in line". Fuck this place, if I could give it negative stars I would.

Employee was talking to a customer (loudly) about others not wearing a mask. The employe had her mask below her nose cutting the customers hair while complaining about another customer not wearing his mask and others in the town not required to wear a mask. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
First time going to this salon. Checked in online and glad I did ! Very busy but still did not wait long. Greet everyone and explain how they do business. Stylist was warm and friendly and paid attention as to how I wanted my haircut. Came out great!!!! Will highly recommend and will go back. Was actually lower priced then where I usually go.
As I was on vacation in the Smokey Mountains I decided I wanted to get my cut! Lol So I look up hair salons and found this one. The girls were so sweet & listened to every detail I said about how I wanted my hair. They both worked on my hair to get it just right. I wished I could remember their names bc I would mention them. They're the best!!!
