I had an appointment today and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes until I eventually left . The lady that was doing my haircut got done with her previous customer and found it acceptable to chat with this customer for 20 minutes, while I was waiting for my turn. I had told them I had a doctor's appointment that day and still was disrespectful. It is safe to say I will not be going back there. I recommend finding a different place to get an average haircut.
Tried this place for the first time and had a good vibe and seems friendly. My cut didn't grow out well so I will be going back to my old stylist.
Ive had my fair share of bad haircuts but this one actually got to me. I'm not someone who leaves reviews and I actually waited all day to post this but I decided it's just too much for me to let go. I showed a photo of the haircut I wanted to the new woman who replaced my previous stylist. The photo was the same exact style I showed up with I just used the photo to emphasize exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for length wise. I'm a guy and I don't have long hair but I had more than enough to work with since I only wanted a slight TRIM. My fringe was originally well below my eyebrows and I asked for it to be in line with my eyebrows. The end result was multiple inches cut off resulting in my fringe barely dropping below my hairline not even close to reaching my eyebrows and not even close to the hairstyle I showed in the photo. On top of all that she overly textured my hair to the point that my hairstyle is excessively thin. It's completely unacceptable to rush my haircut and pay such little attention. I could understand a miscommunication but I literally showed her a photo of the cut I wanted. I'm not picky either that's why I came here since my previous experiences were good but they screwed up BAD.

The prices are reasonable, they offer beverages to customers, but most of all, I keep going back because of Eddie. Super friendly, cares about hair care and I am never disappointed with how my hair looks and feels when I leave. He's really the best!
