Enrique is a fantastic barber. He executed a perfect fade, just how I asked for it. The downside to the experience: The outside says "walk ins welcome" I was told today is an "appointment only day." They gladly took me in regardless of the day being appointments only but I wish there were some kind of sign outside to let customers know. I went through the entire cut only to find at the end that the credit card machines were down. I don't carry cash so this was a problem. I'm not sure if the receptionist was aware of this when I came in but I had to leave to get a 20 out of the ATM. It would've been nice to know this first thing when I walked in. Kind of a hassle but the weather was bad and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. Give Enrique a chance, I'm glad we have a barber that cuts so well in Portage.
