Beth's City Salon in Springfield, OH

This review is on Face to Faith within this salon. I would say wonderful lady but she lies so that takes the wonderful away from her, awful professionalism. Faith cancelled on me twice while holding my 100 deposit. I asked for it back bc I lost trust... but she assured me she would give me the "Royal treatment" for my patience with her. I finally get in with her and I left with the perfect brows. But through the healing process I became scared and reached out a lot to her. I had to ask for aftercare instructions and what to expect through the healing. She assured me my brows would pop back out by week 8-10. They never did. They went ghost and never came back. I was upset I spent $650 on a process that essentially looked great for one day. Fast forward a few months later and I make an appt to see her again. She tells me it will be $75-125. I told her there was no way I was paying her bc what she did was GONE. Knowing I wasn't going to be refunded my money, I go in for my second appt... this time Faith is very professional having me fill out paperwork, unlike first appt. She goes through the process with me and is very thorough. I felt like I could trust her to do my brows again, so she started. I get finished and look at my DARK brows as she's telling me they will fade to my specific brows i wanted and being it's the second go around they will heal quicker. I'm believing her bc she seems like a great woman with so much sparkle To her. I leave with sharpie drawn on brows, scared but willing to trust her. Only to come home to a voice message she left me on my Facebook messenger telling me she was dropping me as a client due to how the first session went. It was hard on me, and apparently harder on her. (Don't do this work if you can't handle others desperately needing your advice or can't take criticism). So now I sit here with my eyebrows almost black thinking she messed them up being I'm now not a good enough client for her to work with. In person she acts so understanding but behind the pages of Facebook the real faith comes out. I feel cheated out of making an informed decision for my face being she didn't tell me I was being dropped until AFTER she went ham on my brows. What good professional does this? Be up front and honest and let me, your customer, make an informed decision on whether I want to go forward or not. Don't message me telling me I'm dropped AFTER working on my face for a second time. I would have passed and just taken the loss of money. But now I sit here crying and not wanting to show my face bc these brows are HORRIFIC. And there's zero confidence in what she did or said to me at the appt being she messaged me what she did after. Will they heal to a place I love them? Idk.. I hope so. It I also do not trust her or anything she puts out there. I wouldn't at all recommend anyone to use her. She has a lot of growing to do as far as being a professional in this field. The pictures attached are a comparison of my brow the day I left and the brow 8 wks+ later that looks like my own brow. The second picture is what she sent me home with after the second appt. I'm disgusted I trusted her with permanent makeup on my face. Not to mention I asked if my daughter could come To the second appt for support and she said no bc of the blood pathogens in the air while she works, yet there's photos all over the place of her working on brows as others video her and take pictures. So another lie I'm not happy with. She can't be trusted... there's just no two ways about it. I doubt I'm the only customer she has had this problem with bc I do remember seeing her smear another customer on her Facebook page way back before I made an appt with her. It more than likely wasn't the customer, it was faith. But she will never own up to that. Just like she won't with me and hence I'm Dropped. LET ME MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION FAITH.. how dare you. I'd give her zero stars... but I have to at least give one to post. I'm also going to add a photo of where she was at while holding onto my deposit while saying their car was in the shop and couldn't get home. So many lies from this woman. I'll just continue to add as I go through the process. Might even sue her. Depends on how these ugly brows heal. Until then... we wait.
