Amazing staff! I had Anna and she was very kind. It was my first time getting my nails done and I was very pleased with the results! She was very gentle with my fingers and we talked a bit.

I had a bad experience in 2018 which caused me to avoid this salon, but I figured it had been 3 years and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went there one week ago to receive a gel manicure, which aresupposed to last at least 3 weeks (my last set from a different salon lasted a month, no issues). In less than 48 hours the polish on my thumb started to peel (not to mention my "manicure" didn't include cutting my cuticles). Due to work & heavy snow, I wasn't able to make it back in to get it fixed until a week later. When I arrived to get it fixed, it was less than 12 hours before the polish not only chipped, but my thumb nail began to chip too, which is weird because my nails DON'T chip. I don't normally add bad reviews, but I got them done in order to look nice for my aunts funeral out of town. Now it's been less than 2 weeks and my nails look awful due to partial polish chipping and that my cuticles look awful. Will not return :/

I've been getting my nails done here since I was a freshman in high school (1999-2000)and I'm now 34 yrs old! I refuse to go to any other nail salon in my city because I've had not-so-good experiences elsewhere. I do have my favorite nail techs at Best Nails (Sonny, Lena, and their sister but can't remember her name!) but any one of them do a great job, and prices are good. I always leave happy with my nails EVERY TIME!
