Best Nails & Spa in Raytown, MO

This place is a diamond in the rough! My friend and I were looking for a place open on Sunday. We were hoping to find a new place to start going on the MIssouri side since we've both moved from Kansas in the last year. I called and was told they could get us both in before closing.
The shop is adorable and filled with greenery and lovely pieces of art. The supplies are impressively organized and the equipment is very clean.
Jenny owns the shop, and she runs it pretty much by herself with help from her family as they are able to give it. (Family-owned business!) Because she does run the shop by herself most of the time, a phone call is a good idea in the mornings to check wait times.
I wasn't just impressed by the shop, but I was also so appreciative of the fast and skilled service. Between the two of us, we had two gel polish mid-grade pedicures and my friend also got a dip manicure. We were BOTH done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. And we both got a wonderful massage with the pedicures. I didn't feel like I was lacking in any part of the experience. And not a single pet was painful. Jenny was very conscientious of our comfort and making sure nothing was hurting or uncomfortable. Even my worn and ragged healthcare feet weren't hurt by the hard cheese grater necessary to remove my calluses. She has skill, patience, and a refined technique so many bigger shops are lacking.

First time here and open on Sunday which is my "self care" day (I'm done with my old salon after years of going there). The salon needs a bit of updating, yet all is forgiven because the service is great (Jenny and Wei listened to what I wanted- haven't had that experience in a very long time). Treated myself to the VIP pedi and it was so worth it.... my legs and feet feel so good even the next day as I'm writing this. For fingernails- natural with an overlay. Time will tell how long the gel polish lasts. I honestly could not say if they "capped" my nails with clear coat (I should have paid more attention) which is a major concern for me- except this time, apparently. Will update if anything goes awry. Hope you all have a safe and fun July 4th.

Very friendly, great customer service and nails look awesome. If they're getting ready to close but you call ahead of time they will wait for you. Clean shop. Great experience.

Just left.  Haven't been in years.  New owners and even better quality than before!  No frills, but Tommy is amazing!  He gave me a natural look and I love it! It was just want I wanted.  

You'd think these were my natural nails-  that's what I like!

This was by far my worst experience every! I was unsatisfied with my nails & walked back in to tell them that. The lady who did my nails offered me a refund or she would redo them, the MANAGER told her no she couldn't do either or! She said I could either pay them another $30 do redo them and the refund wasn't an option! After going back and forth with her she walked off and called the cops on me which got her no where cause they couldn't do anything about an unsatisfied costumer. WORST NAIL SHOP IVE EVER BEEM TOO! Horrible costumer service don't waste anytime going.
