0 stars  I went in for blonde hair and came out with 174.oo dollers worth of orange hair!!! Called them and they asked me what I wanted to do about it ! A simple I'm sorry how can we fix this would of been fine . They were very rude and I would highly recommend not ever going thier to get your hair done!! Very bad business!

I was not going to say anything about my experience at Ulta Beauty but my hair has been permanently damaged. I went in to get a silk press on my natural hair. The lady that did my hair literally was combing my hair out with the hot comb. My hair was not getting straight and she blamed it on it being my first time getting my hair silk pressed. Mind you I was natural going into Ulta Beauty!!! It was frizzing up before I even left the store. The next morning my roots were frizzy and my ends were straight. I was not going to say anything because I got it done back in November of LAST YEAR but my hair is still in that state!!! About 3 inches of my hair is still straight and my roots look natural. I worked hard to grow my hair and for someone to damage it like this is just crazy. You guys definitely need better staff!!! And on top of all this she did not even know she had a client early that morning. Maybe you guys should not allow people to book an appointment until the staff is set up. I am not sure what she put in my hair. She used a few products. And if you are a professional beautician, you know better then to put Jam on NATURAL HAIR after you give it a SILK PRESS!!! I was getting my hair down for my baby shower and that was suppose to be an exciting and joyous moment for me but it was ruined. My baby shower pictures looked horrible and you guys took a moment from me that I cannot get back!!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could... she yanked my hair the entire time and put 3 foils in the back and called it. She also put me in the dryer with the redone lightener on when it says in the instructions NOT to. I had healthy hair until she fried it.

Horrible experience and I will never return or purchase anything from here again. I was told they could NOT do MY hair for the price they quoted me on the phone and that they could not do it in the time frame set aside. MY hair happens to be natural African American hair. They are prejudice and unprofessional especially BUFFY!!!

Don't go!! Overpriced!! Can't do black hair.  My color was NOT what I requested. Half my hair was cut off and in layers. One side is cut more than the other.  The stylist was very nice, but that's about all.  I know she's good at what she does, but black hair is unique!!!
