Rosa does the best job! I won't trust anyone else with my eyebrows! She works quickly and efficiently as well
I've been to many Ulta locations to get my brows waxed - all have been great. I was very disappointed when this particular appointment took a total of 10 minutes and my brows looked messy and rushed. Would honestly rather drive an hour to the Savannah location. Will not be back.
If you're planning to THREAD YOUR EYEBROWS do NOT come to this particular spot. The girl that helped me out assisted as much as she could as she seen I was aggravated by the fact that I drove from parris island to get them threaded but instead I found myself getting them waxed for a crazy amount of money!!!! Not worth it!!
My sister and I scheduled two basic haircut appointments at 7pm and 8pm (we were told that these were the only times available). I showed up at 7 and there was one "stylist" working who had just started washing another clients hair. I waited around until 7:40 for the first appointment to begin. When I expressed my disappointment for the 40+ minute wait the lady said "she's a stylist and these things happen and I should be happy that she was willing to stay late to complete the two scheduled haircuts. I cancelled my appointment, tried to speak to the manager (who avoided me), and eventually left. Terrible customer service. Never come here.
A simple blow dry took 1hr+ with an appointment. Had to wait in the chair with wet hair while the only stylist on duty shampooed, cut and dried the person before me. My blow dry came out poofy because the next person was waiting in the chair next to me just like I was. To top it off, she wouldn't take my coupon. Awesome. Not worth the wait or the money.
