Came here for dip nails and gel pedicure. My dip chipped off my thumb nail in 9 days. I made an appointment to get it fixed and not only did I have to wait 20 min past my appointment time, they also charged me to fix their poorly done work. My white dip nails are also yellow, which they tried to say is "normal" but I've had white nails plenty of times and this has never happened. One star only because they offer a cash discount.
Terrible service. I waited for 60 minutes with my feet in the water. Finally gentlemen did my pedicure. Cut my big toe nail so short, then painted my nails the wrong color. When I told him, he put the color I wanted over the top! I was in there 2 hours and did not have enough time to do my fingers.
The manager, Abigail is pretty consistently nice but there are other nail techs with such bad attitudes. I thought they would be a nice change since moving to the area, but sadly it's been more of the same nonsense as the big city I came from. I wish things were different, but I'll just have to find a place with more consistent polite, professional service. They act like they're doing you a favor or the services are FREE and you owe them something! Wrong...
Worst gel manicure I have EVER had. She filed my nails so aggressively and short that they're painful. She didn't cover the sides of my nails with the polish and it's painted bumpy. Extremely unhappy that I paid for this disaster of a manicure.
I went to this place many times. Very friendly staff and appeared to be very clean. Unfortunately, i went in sept for a manicure. My nail looked infected and some fell off. I went back in november for a pedi and showed the owner my finger. She said you must of got water under it. So i had a pedicure november 6. Shortly after i had pain in my big toe. It swelled and hurt terribly. Went to podiatrist. After months of ebsom salt baths, creams, etc. dr put me on anti biotics. Eight months later. It still pains me and i have trouble wearing most shoes.
