Tried this place out, as my regular salon was closed on the day I was not working. Not sure if it was due to Covid, but only two manicurists were available. I had called ahead to schedule an appt for my friend and I, so I expected to be prioritized over walk-ins. When we arrived there were two people getting pedis and just the two people working, so we waited for awhile until they could get to us. The shellac manicure that my friend received seems good, but my dip manicure is terrible. The manicurist only dipped once and didn't smooth afterward as she seemed rushed to get me done (so that she could take care of two walk-in customers who showed up less than an hour before their closing time). When we were done the nails looked ok but later that evening I noticed there was cracking and glazing in the top coat, and the polish started chipping off the very next morning. I don't have the time or energy to deal with the hassle of going back in to make sure they redo my nails, so I am just going to avoid this place in the future.
Made an appointment for myself and one other. The woman said it would be no problem. Went in - only Two people working. With Covid I understand, but one was doing a pedicure so our appointment was delayed. They had us switching back and fourth to get our nails done. The process took way longer than it should have, and both sets of nails looked terrible after only a week.. don't think I will be retuning.
I went here recently, and my friend said they're great. There was only two workers due to COVID which was understanding but the male worker was EXTREMELY Aggressive during my pedicure. i kept flinching and pulling my leg away when he was filing the nail. And when he was messaging it i said that it was a little too much pressure and he didn't respond and kept going just as hard. Not happy with my experience.
Today I got a mani & pedi. The nail salon is very clean and the staff is really friendly. I highly recommend it!!!
Love this place, it's been here about 2 years but it's new to me. Friendly, clean, clean restrooms, clean tools that's sanitized right in front of you. Friend and I got pedicures, won't show picture because well, you don't need to see my feet. Yummy mimosas and a massage chair that works great.
