Belle Toi Salon and Spa in Hilo, HI

This is the first time that I went to this wonderful place and got to work with Tori and Carrie.  I'm really sad since it will be my last as I am moving to the mainland soon.  

Tori is nothing but professional.  I was a little early but she let me come in early since it was so hot outside.  She sat me down to do a consultation for my color and cut and pricing and we got started right away.  She also shared that she had safety procedures in place including CPR, a medical staff person (Carrie) and an eye wash.  I have never been to a place that had this in mind.  She also shared information about how I should care for my hair and how to determine when was a good time to determine when to come back since hair grows at various rates depending on various conditions.

Tori did my cut and styling.  Carrie did my color and I was really happy by how much care they took not to get color all over my skin.  There were even these little plastic ear covers that went over my entire ears that I have never seen before!  They even went back to make sure my ears, face and neck were clean.  The color was very pleasant smelling, not chemically at all so there was no burn or stinging.

Tori suggested that I also get my eyebrows done and I decided to do this, too.  I haven't had that done since before COVID, so it was overdo.  Tori and Carrie not only waxed and trimmed my eyebrows but did coloring to match my hair.  I had a little scar which she was able to cover up nicely so my eyebrows actually matched and were so natural.

I wish that I had found this salon sooner.  If I am back in Hawaii I will definitely come back to them.  Reasonably priced, great service and such nice people.

I've been coloring over my graying hair for more than a decade and finally decided to stop when I moved to the island last October. When I found Tori at Belle Toi in February my fears of letting my silver shine through disappeared. Tori and I recently spent the day together as she carefully lightened the coppery browns in my hair, added some magic and a beautiful grey dove color, a lot of yummy serums, and lots of expert TLC! I left her salon chair with a big smile and shiny platinum hair that looks incredible! Tori is a mixologist color genius! She also provides an excellent stylish haircut and expert tips on how to maintain my glossy shine! A fair price too! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Tori! I'll see you for my toning appointment in a couple of months :)

Bravo!!!! Tori is an absolute magician. I came in wanting blue highlights and with my hair it was no easy task. Extremely fair priced!! I got more than my moneys worth here.
