I have never known a business to charge $1.75 for a gift card. I sincerely hope the recipient is not also charged $1.75 for services. This is a real shame.

I had a very traumatic experience here this past weekend. I went in for a full set, of gel nails. The lady put on the tips & I wanted them short, she gave me attitude when I asked for shorter. Saying, "Ugh," & "Really, shorter." I told her I wanted them round and she said, " I don't think that will look good." She was rolling her eyes the entire time while filing them and moving so abruptly, I was in pain. The entire time I was criticized and she had an attitude. I told her I didn't want my nails done anymore. She proceeded to ask, "Why are you mad at me?" First and foremost, an employee should never ask their customer that question. She wanted to charge me $10 for putting on a piece of plastic. I didn't think I needed to after the way I was treated. I left. She chased me out into the parking lot, took a photo of me, and said she was calling the police. I walk in, give her $10 and she still decides to scream at me. Do yourself a favor and never go there. Terrible experience.

I called to make appts here bc my sister got myself and my daughter gift cards. From the moment we walked in things went wrong. I read reviews and asked for a specific nail tech for each of us. But the person who booked our appts just booked us for "first available". My 10yr old daughter was assigned to a man. Who from the first minute he interacted with her was rushing her and being rude. At one point I noticed her gel manicure was much further along than mine, so I asked if her cuticles had been trimmed. I asked her if they soaked her fingernails and cuticles at all. They did not and the man began yelling at me and said he used a chemical cuticle remover. Really?!?! You're yelling, and you used a chemical on a young child. He kept yelling so I asked that he move away from my daughter. And my manicure was no better if an experience. I paid for gel, which chipped and flaked after 6 days. Don't waste your money please! I recommend going to Nail Tech on Mountain Rd!

I've gone here for years and had the same tech Liz but she's failed to call me back when I changed an appointment so we (4 of us - myself, daughter and 2 grandchildren) made an appointment for this Sunday. We walked in and the first thing they said was "oh no" I assume that's because they weren't prepared but I really don't know. We literally waited with our feet soaking for 45 minutes before anyone came to work on us. I won't say our nails looked bad because they were fine but we were charged $$$$$$. First I know most places charge extra for gel - I'm fine with that but $20 extra per person???? My granddaughter needed a tip placed on her nail was charged $5 for the tip and then $5 to shape it - really??? This place is way over priced. $350 for myself and 2 granddaughters. Won't be returning there are better and cheaper places to go.

I have been to this salon 4 times and loves it, until today. I booked online and when I went in for the appointment the nail tech was not there. They said she was not scheduled to come in. I asked to see someone else, they put me with a load who was clearly agitated that I was there. She was extremely rude!!! When I was done with the gel manicure fill I saw that there was something under my nail. I asked her to get it out or I could use one of her brushes. She told me to go home and wash it and scrub. (It was dirt from my garden). I asked the manager to come over and I explained what was happened and the nail tech began to yell and was clearly angry. I explained to the manager that I felt she was very rude and the nail tech screamed in front of everyone, "Your a liar!" The manager told her to calm down and the nail tech continued to stand across from me and berate me. Tossing her nail supplies aggressively and screaming. I began to cry and walked to the front to pay and the manager apologized to me and brought me tissues. I told the staff I have never been treating this way. I paid for the manicure and did not tip. I was humiliated and cried in my car. I will NEVER go back to this salon.
