Wow! My first visit to such an adorable boutique spa! It's was immaculate! Alexis gave me a fantastic facial! I felt like a new woman when I left. Alexis was professional, kind & she "spoiled me rotten"! I left making an appointment for this coming week for an eyebrow lamination & tint. Excellent experience!
Had a last minute waxing with Stacy. Was thrilled they could fit me in last minute it's a super cute place and comparable waxing prices to the other places in the area but better quality. It's super nice to know there's a place like this in the broad neck area. Will definitely be back !
I feel bad to leave a lower review, but when being objective about my service, that's just what it is. The place is so cute and they have created the most beautiful environment for self-care! BUT. I went to Face It! to get my face waxed, and as it was my first time going, I asked if they could use hard wax to get my hairs. The lady I was with said she was not comfortable using hard wax so we proceeded with soft! For the price I paid, barely any hair was removed. I had to wax my own face with a home kit a couple days later, and it was very disappointing after paying a hefty price for a poorly accomplished service. They are so sweet and again, the place is gorgeous, I just can't recommend their waxing services and won't be going back there myself.
My first time coming here and will be my last!! I booked a appointment during the 12 days of Christmas specials. I go to check out and show that via the site it said 25% off classic facial.( I have the screen shot saying word for word 25% off classic facial) I asked the front desk she didn't know anything about it. What I can assume to be the owner is coloring someone's hair while yelling over to say that's not what was advertised it was a free brow wax when booking. Which I didn't receive but had to mention to get, also "had to read the fine print" Per her words. Meanwhile the "fine print" only said 25% off of classic facial no mention of a brow wax. When it came time to tip the front desk put on a tip without my permission when I asked about it she said it was too late but it was only a little more than I said to tip... I feel bad for the service provider she didn't do a bad job but has certainly lost business
Never done a full spa day but decided to try it for my birthday. Face it! Is wonderful! Everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. The service was wonderful and I left feeling so calm and refreshed. Definitely would recommend.
