If you like being bullied to leave a tip , go here and u will not be disappointed. I paid in cash and when the worker had my change in her hands she asked if she could brake my 20's so she can get some of it herself. Seriously??? Then because I felt victimized, I said no. So she held on to my money and picked up the shop sign and read and pointed to each word on the sign that it would be appreciated to leave a tip. I told her that it would be up to me to decide since she finished my toes and she didn't do my manicure yet. So, she gave me my change back and she yelled at me while she started polishing my fingernails telling me through the manicure how everyone gives her money and that they don't make any money because the owner of the shop gets the money I paid for my manicure and pedicure and they don't make any money. Have you ever heard such nonsense. I asked for the owner name and they said it was on the business card and basically it was the shop number where we were. So no owner present. Then, she acted like she didn't want to finish my manicure even when I paid everything in full. Then instead of placing me to dry my nails by the drying area, she placed a little fan to dry my nails. So I asked if I could get a better place to dry and the dirty looks never stopped and being scorned to be there. Then when it was time to leave, she came and wrapped off my toes dividers and I'm surprised they let me leave with the cheap sandals since I could not put my shoes back on and it was raining outside. The rudest mot angry people I have ever been to and they wanted extra money???? I don't ever write a review, but this does not need to be overlooked by me or anyone else who steps in this shop. I rate this place a Zero or below. I placed one star but it does deserve it, only because I could not save my information.

Great nail salon! The women are wonderful nail technicians, do a really terrific job. They are friendly and very sweet. Best I have ever tried, I will always be a loyal customer.

Wow, have tried twice here because it is close to home...NEVER again. First off, they are NOT respectful of your time. Doors don't open when sign says they are open AND more importantly they are NOT customer friendly. Actually are down right rude when you come in the door. Crazy because you can literally go a block down either way and find your needs met at a more pleasant salon. Im guessing this biz won't be around much longer. Go into Highwood. Two other better salons there.
